Why the ad was never the problem

Nobody calls them back

You post on Indeed, the applications pile up, and you get to them Thursday. By then the good ones have stopped answering.

The first call wins

People looking for work often take the first job that actually talks to them. Speed matters, and you're on a job site all day.

No-shows eat your week

You block out an afternoon for interviews and some of them don't show. No reminders, no confirmation, no short list — just a pile.

Posting the job is easy. Calling every applicant fast, screening them, and getting them to show up is the work. That’s what we do.

How it works

Six steps. You tell us the role and do the interviews. We do the rest.

  1. Tell us the role

Ten minutes. Title, pay, schedule, must-haves, and when you can interview. That's it.

  2. We post it

A job page branded as your business, plus job ads on Google Jobs, Indeed and Facebook, and your crew's referrals.

  3. Every applicant gets a call

During daytime calling hours, our phone screener calls within about two minutes of someone applying. Recorded, disclosed, about five minutes. Nobody waits two days for a callback.

  4. You get a short list, not a pile

Each screened applicant comes with a scorecard: must-haves checked, availability, pay fit, the recording, and a plain summary. Rick reviews before anything reaches you.

  5. We book the interviews

Applicants pick from the interview windows you set. We confirm by text and send reminders the day before and two hours out.

  6. You hire. We send the invoice.

Mark the start date in your portal. That's when you pay. If they leave in the first 30 days, we run it again free.

What you get, per hire

Everything between “I need someone” and “they start Monday.” You set the role and the interview times. We handle the rest and hand you people worth talking to.

Questions owners ask

Do I have to use your marketing to use Hiring?

No. Hiring is its own thing. Plenty of owners come to us because they have more work than people, not the other way around. If you're already a marketing client, Hiring shows up in the portal you already use.

How fast does it move?

During daytime calling hours, the phone screen goes out within about two minutes of each application; if someone applies at night, the call goes out the next morning. How long it takes to make a hire depends on the role, the pay, and your market. We don't promise a date, and you don't pay until someone starts.

What do applicants actually hear?

A short screening call from an automated assistant that introduces itself as calling for your business. It says up front that the call is recorded and automated, asks about availability, transportation, experience, pay expectations, and start date, and asks one situational question. About five minutes. If they don't pick up, we try again and text them a link to call back.

Do you screen in Spanish?

Yes. The job page and the phone screen both work in English and Spanish. You choose which languages the role needs and the applicant picks the one they're comfortable in.

Do you run background checks?

On request. When you pick your finalist, we run it through Checkr — an FCRA-compliant provider — with the applicant's written consent. You see the result in your portal; the decision is yours, and if you pass on someone because of the report, the notices go through Checkr's process. We never use people-search sites.

What if nobody's any good?

Then you don't pay. The $1,500 is charged only when you mark a hire and a start date. If the short list isn't right, we adjust the ad, the pay, or the screening and keep going.

Which states do you cover?

Nationwide. A few states have extra rules for hiring services, so in those we verify before the job goes live. It never blocks you from starting; it may delay ads by a few days.

What's Always Hiring for?

Trades where someone is always leaving: cleaning, landscaping, entry-level techs. For $499 a month you keep roles open year-round with unlimited screening, each hire is $500 instead of $1,500, and ads are included. The math: if you hire six or more people a year, it costs less than paying per hire.

Need someone on the truck?

Ten minutes to tell us the role. Rick reviews it, then the job page and ads go live and the calls start.

Already a client? It’s in your portal.
