- Local Services leads are shared by nature. The homeowner sees several businesses and can contact any of them. Nobody can change that, and we won't pretend to.
- Credits or refunds
- We file the disputes. Google decides which ones get credited.
- A ranking or a number of leads
- Google decides who shows and how often. We promise the work, and the monthly report shows what it produced.
- Google's verification
- If you're not live yet, we'll help with the paperwork. The background check, verification and timeline are Google's, and ads can't show until it's done.

Do I need to be on Local Services Ads already?+
This plan is built for businesses already running them. If you're not set up yet, we can walk you through Google's application, but Google runs the background check and verification and sets the timeline. Ads can't show until it's done.
Will my leads be exclusive?+
No. Local Services leads are shared by nature: the homeowner can see and contact other businesses. The one-business-per-trade-per-city hold comes with our Growth and Scale plans, not with this standalone service.
Can you get my money back on bad leads?+
We review your leads every week and dispute the ones that qualify under Google's rules. Google reviews each dispute and decides whether to credit it, so we can't promise a credit.
Do you mark up what I pay Google?+
No. Your card stays on your own Google account and you pay Google directly. The account stays in your name; you add us as a manager. Our $299 is a flat monthly management fee.
