Here’s exactly what happens, step by step. How long it takes depends mostly on how quickly account access and Google’s own verification come through, and we’ll keep you posted at each step.

  1. Step 1: Your market is held

    Once you sign on, we hold your trade and city for you: we won't take on a competing business there while you're a client. You get a confirmation and your account owner's direct contact.

  2. Step 2: Access checklist

    We send a short, secure checklist: manager access to your Google Business Profile and ad accounts (or we help you create them), your logo and service area, and your best photos. Everything is built under your accounts — you own it all.

  3. Step 3: Build

    Organic first: we optimize your Business Profile, set up call tracking, review requests and your landing page, and list you on the maps and assistants. Then we build your Local Services Ads and search campaigns, so the ads land on a profile that's ready to win the call. Everything lives in accounts you own.

  4. Step 4: Review & approve

    You get a walkthrough of everything before it goes live. We tune targeting, budget, and messaging together, then you approve.

  5. Step 5: Launch + monitor

    Campaigns go live. Automated monitoring watches spend and performance daily; your account owner handles strategy, dispute filing on bad leads, and problem-solving.

  6. Step 6: Regular reviews

    A 15-minute call — every other month on Growth, monthly on Scale: real numbers, wins, misses, and the next adjustment. You always know exactly what your money is doing.
